Page 11 of 19 11. Internal and External Review 11.1 ITAGC conducts regular reviews of its training. All feedback from students is welcome and will be included in internal reviews. 11.2 ITAGC has also agreed to participate in external monitoring and audit processes required by the state training authority. This covers random audits, audit following complaint and audit for the purposes of re-registration.
